State Transportation Innovation Councils

STATE TRANSPORTATION INNOVATION COUNCIL

The State Transportation Innovation Council (STIC) is a concept that came out of Every Day Counts summits in 2010. The idea is that bringing together the key players in the area of highway transportation within a state is a great way to determine which innovations will work best for them. STIC will be launched for Puerto Rico, by the end of 2013. For more information on STIC, go to the FHWA’s portal: http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/innovation/stic/.
